Pastoral Staff

Craig Carlson

Transitional Lead Pastor

Craig first came to Bethany Covenant Church more than 40 years ago as a Youth Pastor. Following those early years at Bethany he served churches in Minnesota, California, and Connecticut until his retirement in 2012. Since retiring he has worked almost every day, returning to Bethany in the fall of 2018. Obviously, he does not know how to retire.

Craig grew up in Seattle where he attended Seattle Pacific University where in the first day of his freshman year he met his wife to be, Carolyn. They were married 10 days following graduation. Together they raised two sons who are each married and have blessed them 5 grandchildren and 3 grand-dogs. They are especially delighted that their sons and families have made New England their home.

Carolyn and Craig love to travel, garden, hike, fish, golf and enjoy the great outdoors. Craig was a downhill ski instructor for many years and led many backpack trips for High School and College students in Yosemite National Park while pastoring in California. Craig is a Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan so is not involved in the Patriots / Giants rivalry nor the Yankees / Red Sox rivalry. He believes that pizza is a food group and that coffee stunts his growth. He loves to read historical novels and has read nearly everything written by James Michener and Ken Follett.

Diane Stevenson

Associate Pastor

Diane has been the Associate Pastor at Bethany since January 2000.  Diane had the joy of seeing Bethany build Phase II, a new sanctuary, and much needed additional classrooms.   She also helped to launch the Little Blessings Preschool and watched it grow from 5 to almost 100 in 3 years.  Diane was raised in the Midwest and began her ministry at her home church in Moline, Illinois.  She graduated from The Presbyterian School of Christian Education and North Park Theological Seminary.  Prior to coming to Bethany, Diane served churches in Illinois and New Hampshire.

Chris Logan

Worship Pastor

Chris is a husband, ‘pretty ok’ father of four, worship curator, 5w6, INTJ, and pizza addict. When not creating worship environments, he can be found behind a caramel latte, behind a camera, or under a desk fixing someone’s computer. He’s a co-administrator of the ECC’s Worship Artist forum “Better Together,” and has led congregations in worship on four continents.

Chris arrived at Bethany in July of 2016, previously having served in three other churches as pastor of worship, and as a church planter in Melbourne Australia. He’s a graduate of Asbury Seminary with an MA in Intercultural Studies, focusing on the cross-cultural nature of music. For Chris, worship is about connecting head and heart, and creating an environment where we can all respond to God’s mercy together (Rom. 12:1), which ultimately expresses as the Church being sent on God’s mission.

Alli Corriveau

Student Ministries Pastor

Alli’s passion is to help youth know of God’s great love for them and to discover the ways that they are gifted to share that love with their community and with the world. She is a proud New Hampshire native with a bit of a travel bug and has spent time in countries like India and Romania. When she is not getting to know students and their families, you can find her exploring new hiking trails and taste-testing local ice cream shops.

Alli has been a full-time youth director since 2015 and has additional ministry experience serving in Christian camping and missions organizations prior to that. She graduated from Gordon College with majors in Youth Ministry and Outdoor Education.
